Shigeo Kageyama (znany również jako „Mob”) jest uczniem 8. klasy posiadającym zdolności parapsychiczne. Od najmłodszych lat potrafił zginać łyżki i podnosić przedmioty siłą umysłu, ale z czasem zaczął unikać wykorzystywania swoich zdolności w miejscach publicznych z powodu negatywnej uwagi, jaką nieustannie przyciągał. Teraz jedyne, czego pragnie, to zaprzyjaźnić się z dziewczyną z klasy, Tsubomi. Wraz ze swoim „mentorem” (który nie posiada zdolności parapsychicznych) kontynuuje codzienne życie, próbując odkryć swój cel w życiu.

Teru continues to unleash his incredible power when Mob suddenly remembers a tragedy that happened between him and Ritsu...
